Do you travel on-site?
Yes, we do! Travel is $1 per mile round trip, per artist.
Do you have a minimum?
Yes — there is a 4-person minimum (including the bride), or the equivalent dollar amount per artist. Each artist can provide up to 6 services. If your group requires more than 6 services, an additional artist will be added and may be subject to an extra fee. As long as there are at least 4 services per artist, no additional fee will apply.
Do you have an early start fee?
We do! The early start fee applies to any start time before 7:00 a.m. and will be quoted to you if applicable.
How much time does each service take on the wedding day?
The bride is at least 60 minutes per service and the attendees are about 40 minutes per service.
Do you provide a schedule for the wedding day?
Yes! About one month before the wedding, we’ll schedule a final details call to review your timeline and confirm start and finish times.
We don’t assign specific appointment times for each person — instead, we ask that everyone receiving services arrive at the designated start time to help the morning flow smoothly and stay perfectly on schedule.
Do you offer trials?
Yes — and we highly recommend them! The ideal time for a trial is 2–4 months before your wedding day. All trials are held at our studio in East Greenwich, RI, and we kindly ask that you bring no more than one guest with you to maintain a calm, focused environment.
Due to high demand and our first-come, first-served booking process, trials are available only to brides who have secured their wedding date with us.
Can I add or remove people after signing the contract?
You can add services at any time, as long as we have available artists to accommodate the request.
You may remove services up until one month before the wedding date, provided that doing so does not remove an artist from the booking.
Do you provide hair extensions?
We do not provide the extensions themselves, but we highly recommend Luxy Hair Extensions for quality and blendability.
Extension placement is included in the bride’s hair service.
Do you work with all skin tones and hair types?
Absolutely! Our team is trained and experienced in working with all skin tones, hair types, and textures.
Are your artists experienced?
Yes! Every artist on our team has been hand-selected for their professionalism, artistry, and experience in bridal beauty. Each brings a high level of skill and calm expertise to ensure your wedding morning runs smoothly and beautifully.
